Responsibilities: Professional behavior at all times Be prepared at the warehouse or job-site for the tasks of the day Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly Utilize and maintain company tools and resources Drywall trade - hang, tape and textures Painting trade - spraying, rolling and hand-painted trim work Finish Carpentry - cut and install all finished trim Plumbing trade - detach / reset plumbing fixtures and appliances Electrical trade - detach / reset electrical fixtures and appliances Cabinetry trade - detach / reset / replicate cabinets Tile trade - cut / lay tile Communicate work status daily with Foremen and Super Intendants Double check your work and job-site prior to leaving

Qualifications: Preferred experience in drywall, painting, finish carpentry trades Welcomed experience in plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and tile trades Effective written and oral communication Valid drivers license Physical and Work Environment

Requirements: Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
