Position: Home Care Scheduler
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule and coordinate Home Care services for clients based on their needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using our scheduling software.
Collaborate with the care team to address scheduling conflicts and optimize caregiver-client matching.
Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, such as vacations, emergencies, or additional care requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in scheduling or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compassionate and customer-focused attitude.
