Scheduling Coordinator For Growing Home Care

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling process and ensuring smooth operations within our office. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shifts for clients using our electronic scheduling system
- Manage and maintain the appointment calendar, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding clients and scheduling
- Maintain clients records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless clients flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:
- Proficiency in using scheduling systems, such as Clearcare or HHA Exchange
- Strong knowledge of home health/Home Care office procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Previous experience in home health care is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
