Are you passionate about sustainability and skilled in negotiating win-win deals? We're hiring a Plastic Recycling Scrap Buyer & Salesman to 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Source and negotiate the purchase of Plastic Scrap from various suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers with experience in cold calling !
- Analyze market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential buyers for recycled materials 
- Negotiate favorable terms and prices for both purchasing and selling activities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production demands.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Plastic Scrap procurement and sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of plastic recycling processes and market trends and ability to develop new accounts thru cold calling and lead follow up. 
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving procurement and sales targets.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.(is a Plus)
- Proven experience in Plastic Material sourcing, preferably in the plastic recycling, packaging and molding  industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with cold calling experience !
- Understanding of sustainability practices and a commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
