Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Conduct product demos and explain the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain inventory and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Keep the store clean and organized
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in Jewelry Sales is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
