Key Responsibilities:
- The JDE EnterpriseOne Developer/Analyst is responsible for providing tier 2 user support and development of systems, processes, and technologies for our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 system in the Pulsafeeder EPO business unit.
- The qualified individual will partner with the business to design, develop, and implement processes, workflows, forms, and code to drive meaningful results.
- This position is critical to the business by providing our users application and technical assistance in their daily activities as they interact with the JDE ERP system and our external internet websites.
- Essential Functions:
- Provides tier 1 & 2 support for JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0
- Identify, document, and redesign business processes across teams and solutions.
- Gathering user requirements and configuring the system for new functionality.
- Adhering to standard Software Development Lifecycle processes for implementing software and process changes.
- Designing and conducting training for all JDE end users.
- Help support and maintain SQL Server instances and Microsoft Windows Server environment.
- Programming/Maintenance and support of existing homegrown web applications and reports.
- Prioritizing tickets, tasks, and development for the IT team.
- Driving IT strategy to support the production and commercial organizations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- B.S. degree in computer science.
- Previous experience with JDE (specifically EnterpriseOne 9.0), minimum of 5 years.
- Strong JDE system and application understanding at the functional and technical levels.
- Strong MSSQL experience, building queries, writing stored procedures, managing table structures and relationships.
- Functional JDE EnterpriseOne experience with Financials, Sales Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, CRM, and EDI.
- Experience developing and maintaining JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0 applications utilizing OMW, ERW, FDA, RDA, DD, UDC, and NER required.
- Additional functional experience in Business Objects, Bi, TRAX, RFSmart, and JDE mobile apps preferred.
- Additional programming skills are a plus: C#, VB Script, ODI, Bartender, Create!forms, jQuery.
- Ability to take ownership, accountability, and provide subject matter expertise.
- Ability to partner with various business functions to understand underlying business goals and requirements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deliverable deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
