Overview
The CRM Functional Analyst supports the CRM Enterprise Manager and the enterprise Dynamics CRM environment through partnerships with the Sales Team. The Analyst also partners with IT to drive the creation of a streamlined, user-specific interface by gathering detailed requirements and improving process flow. Driving employee adoption of the CRM platform is essential in building a foundation for Chadwell Supply customers. In addition, the Analyst is responsible for creating engagement initiatives, contests, and training, to drive users to the tool, and leads the Dynamics CE Champion Group for Chadwell Supply, which assists in rolling out advanced features and suggesting improvements for future releases.
What you will need
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is required.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and workflow design to support business needs.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics CE/CRM.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience gathering end user requirements and translating into user stories.
- Experience with software pipeline applications (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and training to end user communities.
How you will make an Impact
- Sales Process Documentation & Delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to define current sales processes impacting CRM operations.
- Through best practice design, recommend process improvements/automations to remove roadblocks for the Sales team.
- Improve processes for effective CRM tool deployment.
- User Requirements & Design
- Provide front-line business process support across the entire Sales lifecycle leveraging best practices for CRM and connecting platforms.
- Functional design and documentation of business requirements that support user-focused CRM tool design through detailed user stories.
- Manage functional user story and feature backlog through software management tool.
- Liaise with business group representatives and stakeholders across Chadwell Supply to help identify automation opportunities of existing processes leveraging Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
- Partner with IT to define and deliver new features and improve existing processes to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Product Adoption & Support
- Drive adoption and business benefits through day-to-day support, training, and engagement with the Sales user community.
- Create user success definition and adoption metrics to provide ROI on system capabilities.
- Plan and execute ongoing communications regarding feature releases, updates, and user training for the Sales community.
- Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
- Maintain and support the Dynamics CE tool.
- CRM KPI’s and Dashboards
- In partnership with Sales Leadership, define and monitor Sales KPI’s through the CRM tool.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for each user persona as defined through user requirement sessions.
- Partner with IT data team to ensure the CRM data feeds are current and advanced reporting requirements are resolved in a timely manner.
