Janitorial Supervisor

LACOSTA is looking to add a Janitorial Supervisor to our team in Lawrenceville, GA. Our mission is to make our customers environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License and reliable transportation
• This position requires you to travel between sites
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Previous experience as a Supervisor preferred.
• Pervious experience as a Janitor or Floor Tech preferred

Job Duties:

• Supervise a team of Janitors
• Must be comfortable with A LOT of walking, as well as standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting 40lbs individually.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Schedule:

• Must be ok with flexible hours, this is a supervisory position that may require your attention during off hours.

Pay:

• $19 an hour paid weekly (every Friday)
