Janitorial Supervisor ($15/Hour, Ft, Benefits, Weekly Pay)

Hours: 2:00 pm - 9:30 PM

Days: Monday - Friday + 4 Hours on Weekends (Flexible time)

Pay: $15.00/hr paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
• Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is also preferred.
• Must be comfortable walking, stooping, bending, and squatting during entire shift.
• Must be comfortable being on feet during entire shift.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to walk up multiple flights of stairs
