2Nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor ($15.00/Hr., Weekly Pay)

LaCosta Facility Services is Seeking a 2nd Shift Assistant Manager/Janitorial Supervisor to Join Our Team at our Columbus, GA facility. This job is a Full Time, Permanent Position.

Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 PM

Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: $15.00 per hour, Weekly Pay.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Oversee janitorial team and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
• Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to lead and oversee janitorial team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to use computer, phone, or tablet for day-to-day operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Must be comfortable walking, stooping, bending, and squatting, and climbing stairs, as needed during entire shift.
• Must be comfortable being on feet during entire shift.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
