What You'll Need:

• A current California Driver License.
• Proven expertise in carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and a broad range of other Janitorial Project tasks.
• Knowledge of machines such as *Auto Scrubber *Low Speed *High Speed and *Carpet Extractors.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising dynamic teams.
• Adept at monitoring project progress and adherence to the project scope.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

• Lead project teams with a focus on excellence.
• Maintain diligent reporting and documentation.
• Flexibility to take on various roles and responsibilities.
• Commitment to maintaining pristine facilities through hands-on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee supply inventory and report on usage.
• Address maintenance issues promptly.
• Always uphold the company’s professional image.
• Specialized skills in floor care including stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Proficiency with industry-specific equipment.
• Tackle additional tasks as needed to support team success.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $30-$34, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

• A diverse range of sites including office buildings, educational institutions, medical clinics, warehouses, and specialized facilities like bio labs.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts with the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or nights (primarily nights).
• Weekday and weekend projects (primarily weekdays), with on-call availability.
• The occasional overnight shift, ensuring year-round employment.

Requirements:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (Required)
