WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Rosalei AOAO is a Small Condo Association/ 12-story building with 160 condo units with 70 parking stalls on 2 levels with an enclosed basement & pool area located in Waikiki.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently hiring 2 or 3, part -or- full-time, mixed-worker positions (for Janitorial & Maintenance)
We are looking for people who are capable & willing to perform Maintenance, & janitorial services - with Light Security and management tasks when needed from time to time.
JOB TITLE & RESPONSIBILITIES;
- It will depend on the worker's preferences & capabilities.
- The job duties could lean any were from 50/50 to 100% between maintenance or janitorial. If you are not interested in mixed work & prefer a 100 % janitorial or maintenance position, please note it on your application & list your relevant experience.
JANITORIAL WORKER:
- Perform general janitorial duties daily, including cleaning & maintaining assigned common areas of the AOAO.
- Sweep, mop, & vacuum floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, & surfaces
- Clean windows, glass, & mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles, Clean & sanitize common areas (pool deck/restrooms/lobby)
- Complete inventory to replenish janitorial supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Follow established safety protocols & use appropriate cleaning agents & equipment
- Notify management of any concerns, maintenance, or repair needs/ideas.
- Assist Maintenance Lead from time to time with repairs & improvement projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques & use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

MAINTENANCE WORKER:
This position requires someone with basic handyman skills & a general comfort level with tools and repairing things. The ideal candidate would be eager to learn new things, possess a friendly disposition & be highly reliable and dependable.
If you are a skilled craftsman with "handyman" skills who likes working with tools, performing a wide range of repair & maintenance tasks involving woodworking, painting, & various other repairs, then this could be a great job for you.
SHIFTS - DAYS & HOURS:
The majority of the work will be scheduled between 7am – 7pm
The shift duration & schedule can be flexible as we have workers on site 7 days a week.
