Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meets customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and sushi knife skills
- Familiarity with sushi ingredients and their seasonality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
