Michigan’s fastest growing bathroom company is seeking a strong leader to inspire our Call Center team! This is a full time position, and our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading winning teams. Experience in the industry is not necessary but definitely will set you apart.
We are looking for someone who meets our 4 H’s: Hungry, Honest, Humble and Hone-able. This is a lead generation role, scheduling appointments for our in-home bathroom designers.

- Provide live coaching, following our proven methodology.
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop the Call Center representatives.
- Develop future team leaders and management within the Call Center team.
- Listen to recorded calls to provide effective coaching and mentorship.
- Weekly one on ones with staff to review their performance based on data..
- Analyze Call Center data and prepare reports for upper management.
- Documents training curriculum to onboard new staff and continuing education for existing staff.
- Lead by example and follow exact scripting and verbiage we provide to convert potential client inquiries into scheduled appointments.
