Job Summary:
As a Call Center Manager for our company, you will be a part of a tele sales/outbound calling team responsible for aggressively growing our team and customer base. Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, training, and supervising new Customer Service Representatives. Producing activity reports. Managing leads by tracking and following up on them.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management of 10+ employees
- 2+ years in Customer Service
- Ability to supervise and train others
- Aggressive self-starter
- Fast Learner
- Professional phone skills
- General sales skills and aptitude
- Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Able to work a flexible schedule and some weekends if needed
Essential Functions:
- Oversee CSR's daily activity
- Training new CSR's
- Taking and directing incoming calls
- Setting up and scheduling service calls according to Company policies
- Assisting Service Dispatcher
- Keeping knowledgeable and up to date on all opportunities
- Educate all callers about our products and services according to Company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns, assure 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain and promote positive image of Company
- Hires entry-level customer service employees
- Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
- Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
- Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
- Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures.
- Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.
- Other duties as assigned
