Responsibilities

This position provides administrative warehouse support to Information Technology Services (ITS) to include customer service, requisition tracking, invoice reconciliation, receiving, inventory control, and timely distribution of materials to ITS units throughout the campus.

Assists the ITS Property Custodian with annual accounting of capital assets along with maintaining and updating inventory tags. Accepts special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors. This is to include warehouse cleaning, straightening, and assistance with fleet management tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs and be able to move heavier materials using handling equipment or with assistance.
• Must have a Class E Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service position.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment; moving products, taking inventory, timely distribution of materials.

Anticipated Salary Range

This position will pay $15/hr
