Summary
You will be primarily responsible for all rental and asset warehouse functions, including the maintenance of an accurate physical inventory. Ability to understand product details and know where to obtain the definition of specific parts. Ability to pull inventory from shelves using Exhibit Pro (EP) and SAP Pick Tickets, document inbound shipments and inspect parts upon return, cleaning and performing minor repairs to parts as needed, and able to put them away in correct bin locations can also manage new product inspections and provide proper documentation.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Inspect all incoming parcels/deliveries for damage and note damage on the bill of lading and/or carrier electronic scanner. Take digital photographs and/or notify Supervisor if appropriate.
- Responsible for signing off on all package receipts (i.e. inventory, asset management products and rental products). Ensure accurate piece/part count and that package/box is correctly identified. Document location of goods on the receiving paperwork.
- Open and verify packing slips for delivery purposes and route packages to appropriate destination within Skyline to include both hand and forklift delivery of product.
- Stock, organize and pull inventory within the warehouse as requested.
- Locate products in the warehouse or on the shop floor using EP and SAP software.
- Maintain forklift records and conduct basic operator maintenance as required.
- Complete reports clearly (legibly) and communicate issues to lead and admin teams
- Work with Graphics to provide inventory replenishment of Graphics materials.
- Participate in required cycle counting programs.
- Perform duties as required by lead, supervisor or manager
Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- 0 - 2 years related work experience required.

- Ability to learn safe operation of warehouse equipment
- Ability to pick product from warehouse for departmental delivery
- Ability to read and understand warehouse / receiving paperwork
