Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, Teams Chat or in-person
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, Telecom and network issues
Install and configure hardware and software
Microsoft Office Support
Printer Support experience
Qualifications:
Experience with Windows operating systems and MS365 Administration
Experience with Azure cloud-based services
Experience with virtual machines including VMware and Hyper-V
Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Functional knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and Group Policy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other 365 tools, both functionally and for providing support.
Strong knowledge and ability to support and install network printers.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including physical cabling, Wi-Fi standards, VLANs, DMZ, and others
Expertise in facilitating PC, laptop, and other hardware replacements, including data migration and setup.
Experience with Email Marketing Platform User Administration is a plus
Experience with MRP System User Administration a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
