It Technician

As a family-owned and operated business established in 1974, CCP Solutions, LLC is looking for a new, vibrant addition to our current team to not only help us continue to grow our MSP business, but to passionately care for our clients through great support.

What you’ll do:

• Perform on-site office equipment network installations (throughout Tristate area)
• Provide L1-L3 Tech Support (remotely and/or on-site)
• Assist with onboarding of new MSP clients (deployment of remote monitoring [Atera] + antivirus software)
• Perform VOIP Business Phone installations and provide ongoing support
• Maintain and support our client’s technology (copiers, printers, scanners, phone systems, servers, firewalls)
• Deployment of new firewalls, servers, office hardware
• Server and email migrations
• Provide advice and support to our clients and your teammates

What you should have:

• Valid driver's license
• 5+ years of IT experience including end user B2B customer service experience
• Experience with workstation and server hardware
• Strong knowledge in Windows 7-10/Server and Apple operating systems
• Provisioning & Imaging Desktops and laptops
• Virtualization (VMWare, VSphere)
• Active Directory (Asset Management, account management, security groups, group policy configurations)
• Knowledge of telecom
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting
• A polite, friendly demeanor and ability to provide great customer service
• Ability to lift 60lbs
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
• Scripting (Powershell, CMD) (Not required, but a plus!)

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (with some additional hours, outside of the regular shift, on an as-needed basis)
