It Manager, Warehouse Management System Specialist

We are seeking an IT Specialist with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires hands-on work, such as physically handling pallets, printing labels, and uploading Excel files to the WMS. Our current WMS system is in its early stages, so the candidate must be able to fill out data, learn the system's operations, and collaborate with our third-party software provider, 3PL Nexus.

Responsibilities include:

                •              Participating in morning Zoom meetings for training and discussing system issues

                •              Ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and effectively

                •              Implementing and testing system improvements, including label and barcode creation

                •              Training employees on system usage and monitoring their adherence to procedures

                •              Assisting customers via Zoom, phone, or email with system usage, user ID creation, and login credentials

                •              Collaborating with customers on integrating their systems with ours, facilitated by our third-party software provider, 3PL Nexus

The IT Specialist will be responsible for completing this project within three weeks. Currently, we have 10 customers who require integration, with 80% of the necessary data available in Excel format. The candidate must know how to upload this data into the system efficiently.
