It Security Audit Specialist

Moorecroft has an exciting long-term consulting engagement with a major, direct client in the Burbank area. This opportunity is for anexperienced IT Security Audit Specialist.

Location: Burbank
Length: 12+ months

You will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing all security systems and their corresponding software, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detections systems, secure messaging, and antivirus software…

• Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security efforts.
• Plans, designs, implements, and manages, all security systems and their corresponding software, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detections systems, secure messaging, and antivirus software.
• Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security efforts.
• Degree in information systems/information security or applicable discipline
• Security+, A+, CRISC or any other security certification

Looking for:

• 4+ years of IT audit, or IT security and/or compliance experience
• Experienced with Information Security (i.e. GDPR, Payment Card Industry, Domestic and International Privacy regulations) .
• Prior experience working within a global media/entertainment organization, supporting enterprise level Accounting and finance departments
• CISA, CISM
• Knowledge and experience with diverse IT architectures and enterprise IT data centers, external hosted services and cloud computing environments used to dispense financial and accounting services.
• Knowledge of configuration management, change control/problem management integration, risk assessment and acceptance, exception management and security baselines (e.g. COBIT, CIS Baselines, NIST, vendor security technical implementation guides, etc.).
• Knowledge of US Financial regulations and reporting requirements SOX, SSAE, IAS.
• Project/program management and prioritization skills.

• 4+ years of IT audit, or IT security and/or compliance experience
