The Bellevue Club Information Technology (IT) Department is searching for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join the team.
This individual performs systems maintenance and analysis to enhance and support all Bellevue Club information systems. Researches, plans, proposes solutions, and coordinates problem solving processes to ensure business standards and requirements are met. Provides technical expertise to internal and external customers relating to Bellevue Club information systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Act as the primary internal knowledge resource for our club management software. Interact with the management team to determine our business needs and customize software for our processes.
Liaise with software vendors as required for issue escalation and enhancement RFPs. Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling, and information engineering. Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to the Bellevue Club user environment.
Provide technical expertise to assess new software projects and initiatives to support Bellevue Club business needs and practices, including the evaluation, planning, designing, and installation of new systems. Translates end user requirements to develop system feasibility and usage analysis. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements; serve as a liaison between department managers to assist in addressing and resolving information systems issues.
Coordinates systems development and or maintenance for multiple projects; identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes. Testing and evaluating existing electronic processes and proposing enhancements to the systems to fulfill business needs. Develop, test and maintain interfaces between information systems.
Performs similar, job-related duties and special projects as assigned. Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation for tier 1 support as assigned by the Information Technology Manager.
