Description:
As we continue to grow through merger and acquisition, we need 2 acquisition Support Technicians (TRAVELING ROLES) to provide more advanced troubleshooting of helpdesk tickets, minor server maintenance, minor changes to active directory, minor network troubleshooting, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.
•Take more advanced helpdesk tickets from the Support Specialist I technicians to troubleshoot at a higher skill set
•Assist the Server and Network Admins with mounting, provisioning, and configuring infrastructure gear. Switches, Firewalls, AP’s, Servers, etc.
•Manage and maintain print server settings and adding new printers
•Backfill Support Specialist I tickets as volume or the Supervisor demands
•Mount, rack, and interconnect network and server gear
•Understand group policy and introduce new sites to our organization via GPO.
•Provision new AD accounts and mailboxes in preparation for onboarding of new offices.
•Gather, illustrate and maintain site specific, technical information that ensures the success of the Tier 1 helpdesk.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
These technicians will travel 25% of the time (1-2 weeks out of the month). All travel is covered, and food stipend is provided. Travel would include in and out of state travel. These candidates will need a High school Diploma, or equivalent, required Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience; preferred.
