Hours: 40
Shift: M-F 8-5MST (slight variations based on client or company need)
Location: Hybrid. Some days In-Office at the Aurora/Denver Office
Pay Range: $48,000 - $55,000
Minimum knowledge of the following areas preferred:
- Active Directory and Azure fundamentals
- Knowledge of VMware
- Knowledge of Office 365 Portal Administration
- Knowledge of Exchange Online fundamentals (mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Office 365 groups)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent experience
- Thorough understanding of license assignment
- Knowledge of managing and maintaining Firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWALL, PFSense, CISCO,)
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- MCSA certification and Network certifications a plus
- Apple OSX knowledge a plus
- Complete Technical understanding and expertise in Windows Desktop; DNS functionality; Mail flow diagnostics; VPN support; File server support; RDS environment support; and Active Directory support
- Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work past scheduled work hours to complete work tasks; participate in rotation on-call schedule
- Reliable and punctual
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Software troubleshooting
- Help Desk

High School diploma and 2+ years' experience in Information Technology Help Desk preferred. Advanced Beginner to Intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook email and EXCEL.
Abilities required
- Must be able to sit for work 6-8 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs and be able to stand and move as needed during the day.
- Typing skills 40+ words per minute.
- Ability to read and interpret information.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals and clients.
- Ability to analyze data and report on findings to Management and Clients.
- Other duties as assigned and determined appropriate for the position.
