The IT Support Technician will support our ERP systems and provide updates to in house developed applications.
The candidate will be responsible for providing daily infrastructure and application support to internal customers for the company's enterprise software applications. This role includes providing support to all areas of the business in a manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Reviews, analyzes, and troubleshoots issues with the organization's hardware and applications.
- Analyze and develop logical resolutions for business issues from a technical and business perspective.
- Support our hardware and server infrastructure VMWare, Veeam, Dell, Cisco
- Document root cause and resolutions to issues.
- Provide hardware support for servers, network, PCs, laptops.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Great customer service ability.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and logical mindset.
- Strong team and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal customers.
- Experience HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS helpful.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access
- Understanding of databases SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
- Great documentation skills for technical and/or business documents.
- Understanding of EDI and Business Intelligence systems helpful.
