Every day has different computer problems, and it’s the IT Support Professional’s job is to solve those issues for their clients. As a team, you will work to keep customer networks, computers, security, and backups running smoothly. When faced with difficult issues you will help fix them, communicate with the customers, coworkers, and provide excellent customer service while dealing with issues. This is the IT life. Sometimes this may include after-hours work, but if the team prepares properly, these events are planned weeks ahead of time.

Required
- At least 3 years' equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position responsible for managing server and network environments.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining all manners of hardware and associated network equipment.
- Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and other network protocols, firewall management, and operating system configuration.
- General knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN or NAS, as well as Active Directory or other directory services.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principals, and general software management best practices.
- Experience in working in various cloud environments such as Microsoft 365.
- Windows 7 and up; Windows Server 2008 and up
- Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, and Networking
- Loves Backups; Loves Security; Loves Challenges; Know your limits
- Ability to arrive to appointments on time and trusted to work independently from home and any service location
- Experience with AD, DHCP, DNS, Routing
- Sonicwall, Ubiquiti
- ShadowProtect SPX
- Antivirus cleaning, group policy, IDS/IPS, MSP, Monitoring
- Thrives under pressure
- 3-5+ Years in IT Industry (3+ years MSP/Consulting)
- Windows Server Guru
- Networking Guru
- Unshakeable persistence
- Certified Sonicwall Professional, A+, S+, N+
- Certified ShadowProtect Professional
- CISA, CISSP, etc.
- 5+ Years in MSP / IT Repair Field
