Job Overview:
We are looking for a new team member who has a diverse set of I.T. support skills and can use those skills to deliver exceptionally fast and accurate solutions to our clients. You will be working directly with many of our clients over phone, email, and video calls to ensure they have the best experience. Managing your time effectively, you will take ownership of assigned projects, coordinating and prioritizing tasks while keeping a pulse on ongoing issues. Working in our Florence, Oregon office, you’ll be expected to operate more independently than others and maintain a professional appearance a demeanor on phone calls, video calls, and on-site visits with clients and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including TCP/IP protocols
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and network devices
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Utilize FreshDesk ticketing system to track and prioritize support requests
- Assist with software deployments using Intune or similar tools
- Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Azure and M365
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an IT Support role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, firewalls)
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticketing system is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services a plus
- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM or similar tools for software deployments is preferred
- Able to handle medium-to-high workloads efficiently and accurately.
