Position Summary
The IT Support Technician provides support for the technology needs of the organization to provide a robust, secure, and reliable computing environment. The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support to end-users for applications, hardware, and infrastructure. The position is responsible for simulating or recreating user problems to resolve operating difficulties, including installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance. The position also troubleshoots problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provides end-user assistance where required. The IT Support Technician resolves and manages tickets and works on projects such as equipment roll-outs and irregular maintenance, as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology or other related field required
- 3+ years of technology experience required
- Some healthcare or human service experience preferred
