o Minimum 2-3 years in small/medium size businesses (SMB) in an IT supporting role

o High-level knowledge of Windows based software/hardware with ability to adapt to new technologies
o Expertise in network hardware and LAN/WAN/VPN configurations
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
o Team player with good communication with ability to be part of business improvement projects
o Advance customer service skills with capability to multitask and assist multiple users at once, are highly desirable
o Any previous experience with ERP software, windows server, networking, and warehouse connected devices is a plus, but not required
Job Description:
o Level 1 and 2 Desktop support
o Installing, maintaining, and supporting (On-premises and remote, 75+ users)
o Software: Windows 10, Office365 Online, SonicWall VPN and Office applications including Teams
o Hardware: Personal computers and peripherals, Apple, and Zebra mobile devices
o Level 1, PC and Office365 security support and enforcement while collaborating with 3rd party managed services
o Level 1, Windows server support while collaborating with 3rd party managed services
o Installing, maintaining, and supporting all other company connected devices and equipment including;
o Home office equipment, Security video system, Telephony, Warehouse/Transportation devices
o Creating instructions for software/hardware installations and updates and providing user training
o Administration and inventory of all company computer equipment and software licenses
o Evaluating and recommending software and new technologies
o Technical lead for Windows 11 deployment and resource while working on projects with IT Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
