SalaryThis position provides IT support for remote and onsite users in line with agreed procedures and expected support levels.
Position Specific Competencies
- Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment
- Install and configure client operating systems to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team
- Install and configure the software to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team
- Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the IT Leadership team; performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine maintenance procedures
- Assist in the compilation/maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Assist with and work with IT management on various IT projects
- Network documentation and end-user training
- Assist with new office setup or office relocations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience required
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record (Some travel to clients’ sites and/or out of state travel may be required
- Must meet satisfactory criteria of Agency with regards to the results of a required Criminal Background check and Driving Record check
- Must be able to perform the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be available to occasionally work outside of regular business hours and sometimes overnight
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, sometimes above head level
- Must be able to perform repeated bending, thrusting, crawling, squatting, and kneeling. May have to use ladders or access narrow spaces
