It Support Specialist I

As an IT Support Specialist (also known as IT Service Delivery Specialist, IT Technical Support), you'll be a key player in delivering innovative IT solutions and supporting processes. Your responsibilities will include managing IT services for a site or multiple sites, maintaining all support processes, customer relations, IT asset management, and providing support for existing and new IT support processes, technical equipment, and software.

• Competitive wage of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
• Minimum of 3 years in service delivery in a multi-national environment for IT technical and help desk areas.
• Experience with various IT equipment and vendors including; HP, Orange, Cisco, Blackberry, Apple IOS (iPad/iPhone), Android (Samsung).
