Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist (also known as IT Service Delivery Specialist, IT Technical Support), you'll be a key player in delivering innovative IT solutions and supporting processes. Your responsibilities will include managing IT services for a site or multiple sites, maintaining all support processes, customer relations, IT asset management, and providing support for existing and new IT support processes, technical equipment, and software.
