IT Support Specialist
Ecumen is hiring an IT Support Specialist for our Shoreview, MN Team. This is a hybrid schedule, working remotely and working in the office 2-3 times per week or as needed.

Responsibilities
The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring data security, and ensuring the smooth operation and efficient performance of Ecumen's computer systems and networks.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or technology related field.
- 2 years of related experience working in a help desk or technical support role.
- Technical knowledge of industry-standard practices and techniques, including cloud computing, internet and end-user devices using various operating systems, technology management software and network systems.
- Knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows, Google, and IOS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in verbal and written formats as well as customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills that includes the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, experience working in a team environment and independently.
- Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule: working remotely and working in the office 2-3 times per week or as needed.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field.
- Experience with Active Directory architecture and management.
- Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
