Highlights of the position:

• Provides troubleshooting and resolution of IT applications
• Performs routine system updates
• Develops reporting within software systems to support company processes
• Maintains all current documentation of IT infrastructure and software applications
• Offers general support to end users which may include software or hardware issues

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to analyze a problem and develop viable solutions
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of windows environment
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
• 2-3 years of job-related experience
