We value true leadership and teamwork, and we embrace change in order to offer the most innovative technologies, the best care, and the utmost in customer service to our patients and referring physicians.This position will offer opportunities to experience and work with a vast array of technologies and equipment that provides a unique experience on the Central Coast.Location of work is primarily in Templeton, CA, with support of other offices in Pismo Beach and Santa Maria.The vast majority of work can be done remotely from the Templeton office.Responsibilities and Duties: The Core responsibilities include working with and supporting end users in a Microsoft Windows environment.Support will provided to end users by working the... help desk, working on support tickets, and providing phone support in addition to in person field support as needed.Day-to-Day activities include help desk support and problem solving for end users.The position will be working closely with other IT staff and supported by experienced professionals.Supporting users of Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office and various other medical software allow end users to work within their specific departments and have their departments run smoothly.Duties include: Support PACS administratorSupporting end users in the use of Google G-SuitesWorking with and supporting Microsoft OfficeGeneral Windows PC application supportMaintaining and upgrading Windows 10 PCsPerforming OS upgrades and imaging of systemsMove / relocated PCs in the officesSupport network printersMaintain laptops and updatesResearch and implement new products to improve IT functionsWorking with purchasing and ordering systemsDesirable to have experience with scripting and programming to automate processesOpportunities to learn in many areas including the following: Lean / Six sigmaProject ManagementSystems administrationScripting / Programming for AutomationVOIP, and general phone supportServers and virtualizationLAN and WAN buildoutsFirewalls and network securityAccess to many online courses in all areas of ITEDUCATION: Computer studies prefered but not required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate amount of lifting and positioning of computer equipment.Position requires ability to occasionally lift objects heavier than 30 pounds.Job requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, typewriter, calculator, telephone, copier, and other office equipment.It may be necessary to view a computer monitor and input data into the computer for extended periods of time.Job Type: Full-time
