IT Support / Help Desk Tech

This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades. This position is based from our office in Madison, WI.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site
- Provide desktop support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
- Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
- Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems and learn quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365
- Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware is considered
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is considered
- 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is considered
