Job Description
Seeking a Committed & Driven individual for a busy, successful, IT Executive team.
You must be able to juggle multi task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Personal Management:
- Demonstrate personal commitment to excellence
- Understanding of Executive Service as high priority
- Maintain awareness of customers business and the role of IT
- Deal effectively and in a timely manner with IT Executives
- Avoid unnecessary conflicts and should know how to escalate issues
- Should be able to adjust to people, culture, policies and situations
- Should have capacity to effect the actions, behavior and opinions of others by appealing to reason or understanding
Desired skills:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office and Operating System (Win10/Win11) knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Experience with IT or in an IT environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Associates degree minimum
- Be willing to respond to request quickly and with urgency
- Must be willing to be in the Allentown office all of the week
