This position is highly visible, supporting all levels within the organization and requires someone with an Information Technology background, strong customer service, ability to meet deadlines and excellent organizational skills. IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
• Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
• Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
• Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Office 365
