As the IT Sr. Manager for Business Process Integration within Global Logistics and Distribution (GLO), you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support the decision-making and performance improvement of the supply chain and distribution & logistics operations and transition of business processes and data from legacy systems to modern systems, such as SAP S4 HANA, Oracle EBS, JDE, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or JDA. This individual will also coordinate ad-hoc reporting needed to support the warehouse move, and the transition plan as phased approach.
Responsible for leading the development and management of business partnerships with the specified business and their leadership teams. This role will formulate IT strategy and architecture in alignment with business strategy and objectives. The individual will drive key programs and IT services, as well as innovation and continuous improvement in the application of technology to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals

What you will do
Collect and integrate data from various sources, such as ERP, WMS, trade, transportation systems
Analyze data using statistical techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, SAP, Power BI
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the supply chain and distribution & logistics operations, such as order fulfillment, OTIF, perfect order, inventory accuracy, cycle time, cost, and customer satisfaction
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the optimization of supply chain and distribution & logistics processes and projects
Develop and document data analysis processes, procedures, and standards
Use Microsoft data tools like ADF, Power BI, Power Automate to automate data pipelines, create interactive visualizations, and orchestrate workflows for the supply chain and distribution & logistics operations
Leverage the capabilities of ADF to extract data from various sources, transform data using Power Query or wrangling dataflows, and load data into various destinations
Employ the benefits of Power Automate to create flows that trigger actions based on events or conditions, such as sending notifications or alerts, updating data sources or files, or running queries or commands
Can influence without direct authority and clearly links people development with career progression
Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to senior level audiences
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field required.
Master’s degree in MIS or related disciplines preferred.
10+ years experience required.
APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred but not essential.
Lean sigma certification preferred (e.g., Lean Practitioner, Green Belt).
Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, preferably within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries.
3+ years of experience with ERP and WMS projects and warehouse moves, preferably with SAP S4 HANA, Oracle EBS, JDE, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or JDA software
3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics for supply chain and distribution & logistics projects
Experience in using Microsoft data tools like ADF, Power BI, Power Automate to perform data integration, visualization, and automation tasks
