Description:SUMMARY
The IT Manager ensures the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective and efficient information technology solutions for the organization to meet current and future business needs. The IT Manager oversees the internal IT team consisting of Business Analysts, Quality Control and supervises the work and outcomes of onshore MSP and offshore development teams. The incumbent works closely with the Business Units and manages all aspects of their new projects including scoping, BRD/TRD completion, kick-off, development, testing, implementation, training, and change management. S/he ensures all project timelines and goals adhere to approved budgets. The IT Manager will manage contracted vendors, consultants, and the internal team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day management of IT business and team consisting of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance and Automation Technicians. Develops and monitors team performance; coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees; orients and trains new employees.
- On-Shore and Off-Shore Vendor management, including development of metrics and systems to visualize progress.
- Collaborates with MSP to monitor daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Plans and schedules IT project guidelines and goals while ensuring timelines are met.
- Works with the IT Team and Business Units to ensure development of SOWs in accordance with department guidelines.
- Liaises with business units to assist with their IT based systematic and technical needs.
- Collaborates with outside vendors, consultants, upper management, and leadership of other departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Analyzes workflow, delegates projects, and manages staff to meet company and departmental goals.
- Creates dashboards and reports for management and leadership.
- Ensures proper department KPI’s meet data integrity standards.
- Participates in and initiates collaborative planning processes for business technology.
- Implements and monitors new projects, with adherence to company standards.
- Works with the IT Director to establish IT policies regarding operational procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manages Development, QA, Staging, and Production Environment planned and hot fix releases.
- Ensures sufficient testing to validate processes and data.
Requirements:KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with progressive management in a professional services IT Department.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with a broad range of business systems, hardware and networking services currently utilized by the company, including Salesforce, multi-factor authentication, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, VMWare, and Azure Dev Ops.
- A broad range of professional experience in multiple IT disciplines such as applications support, server and network administration, project and program management, vendor management, business continuity and risk management.
- Strong organizational skills, especially managing complex projects utilizing Sprints, scrum meetings and agile methodology with ability to organize others around you.
- Effective written and oral communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, including the ability to provide clear direction for projects and functional teams, and the ability to provide clear and concise written documentation and analysis.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal business office conditions. Working for prolonged periods of time at a computer screen. Hybrid schedule including in-office and remote work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
