RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support mobile computing devices.
- Establish and maintain enterprise mobile computing standards, policies, and implementation practices.
- Maintain mobility infrastructure design and controls.
- Evaluate research related to future mobile computing strategies.
- Define and maintain enterprise standards for office and line-of-business mobile solutions.
- Define and maintain hardware roadmaps.
- Interact with enterprise help desk staff as required to provide training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Conduct pilots to research new mobile technology.
- Support on premise and cloud hosted enterprise Mobile-Device Management (MDM) solutions for DLA's Mobile Device users which includes iOS, Android, and Windows Operating Systems.
- Support integration and continued functionality of the DLA's MDM environment which includes the DLA Apps Store, Microsoft M365 Mobile Device Configurations, customer issue resolution, as well as supporting testing of new mobile technologies which includes hardware and software.
- Support knowledge management activities such as Knowledge-Based- Article development / sustainment in addition to documentation of test and configuration procedures for other J6 technicians.
- Serve as the focal point for DLA Application Development and Infrastructure Sustainment teams to resolve technical issues with new or existing technologies and how they are integrated with DLA's Mobile Devices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Five (5) years of progressive experience working in a medium to large IT environment.
- Three years of above experience in the integration and management of Windows application servers and the installation, configuration, and support of applications and devices.
- Two (2) or more years' experience with technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS, Android, Windows, and mobile devices in an enterprise setting.
- Two years' experience with an MDM tool.
- Two (2) years of experience supporting Microsoft M365
- Two (2) years of experience supporting tablets running Android, iOS, or Microsoft operating systems
- Two (2) years' experience with an MDM tool
- Five (5) years of progressive experience working in a medium to large IT environment.
- Certifications:
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
- CCNA Security
- CySA+
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security+ CE
- SSCP
- CND
- CASP+ CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP (or Associate)

- Computing Environment Certification (One of the following):
