As an IT Specialist I, you’re the frontline herp ensuring seamless technology experiences at IEHP. From resolving tier 1 and occasional tier 2 technical issues to managing company-wide IT equipment inventory, your role is dynamic and crucial. You order, configure, and deploy mobile devices, analyze and resolve computer-related issues, and administer user accounts. It’s an exciting position where you play a vital role in keeping IEHP’s IT landscape secure, complaint, and technologically advanced.

Education & Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years working in an IT support environment while providing user administration and maintaining PC hardware and software.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of two (2) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position.
• This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2013/2016/2019/Office 365 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong documentation skills and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal skills required.
