Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff. This is a full-time position based in
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide timely resolution
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
- Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN) and office equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and virus scans
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for software applications
Qualifications:
- We Consider IT Foreign Graduates Candidates
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge and skills in Local networking
- Familiarity and good Background with Electronic Health System
- Familiarity with LAN setup and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred
