The IT Security Director provides department security leadership to ensure our products and services. You will work across CS and GBS to create policies, assess CS against those policies and make recommendations for improvement that align with department goals and our goals. Furthermore, the IT Security Director will play an important role with department security audits, contract negotiations and customer reviews. Make recommendations for improvements in security practices that reflect BU, corporate and industry goals. Manage a small team of security analysts. Participate in the vulnerability and penetration testing projects to detect and address vulnerabilities. Lead and ensure cyber security measures are in place. Manage effort to fix vulnerabilities and client audit findings. Represent us in internal and external audits, and ensure all contracts/proposals comply with Lien Solutions procedures.
This is a Hybrid/Remote role and will report to the Vice President, Product Software Engineering FCC Compliance Solutions and under the directorship of Chief Technology Officer, Digital eXperience Group
Required Job Qualifications (Minimum):

• Experience: 10 years + in an information security role and practice
• 5+ years' experience in IT audit (client-facing)
• 3+ years of experience specifically in an information security management role
• Education: BS degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Travel: Include overnight stays, is required based on business needs.

Other Qualifications (preferences):

• Experience: Performing audits and managing auditor expectations
• Build risk-based security roadmaps
• Experience leading SOC internal assessments
• Experience working collaboratively with business owners, subject matter experts, Software engineering and infrastructure teams during implementation of security related requirements.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, etc)
• IDS/NAC/DLP
• Vulnerability Management
• Log management systems
• Scanners, firewalls, web proxies, and web applications testing
• Patch tools
• Experience with coordinating, participating and responding to client questioners, audits and contract negotiations
• Experience with conducting, leading and assessing 3rd parties
• Experience with Financial services industry Audit and Compliance processes and standards as refined by OCC, FFIEC and FDIC
• Knowledge of business continuity and privacy (CCPA, GDPR) privacy principles
• A good understanding and practical experience using and developing governance and risk frameworks
• A understanding of Infrastructure/Networking/Security/Windows Design and Administration.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and other security related certifications
• Customer centric approach

Essential Responsibilities:

• You will partner with GBS in the development, enforcement, and maintenance of security policies, controls, and mechanisms to protect the integrity of data and to prevent, contain, and correct information security deficiencies.
  
  • Lead the implementation of WK & FCC privacy plans within CS
  • Partner with the customer due diligence team to lead and respond to internal, external and client-based security and due diligence audits
  • Identify BU security protection goals, goals and metrics consistent with enterprise best practices and GBS directives.
  • Support IT teams and development teams on security-related services and on projects including maintenance of policy enforcement tools, techniques, and reporting.
  • Participate in change and configuration control processes and reviews.
  • Raise security awareness among the IT staff and partners.
  • Work together with multiple department teams to assist reviews for contracts.
  • Work with outside consultants for independent SOC security assessments
  • Understand, assess, and provide guidance on latest security related guidance as related to the OCC, FDIC and FFIEC, and other regulators within the financial industry.
  • Assure all internal self-audit responsibilities are completed and monitored to ensure compliance with IT and GBS policies.
  • Coordinate CS PCI responses as part of a global assessment program
  • Lead effort to complete regular Security Maturity Assessments
