It Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Duties:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular project meetings to review status, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall)
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software/tools
- Data analysis skills for monitoring project performance and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in project engineering or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with contract management processes

Requirements:

• PMP Certified
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Completely bilingual
