Position Overview
Assist the PMO Group in managing and coordinating IT projects. Activities will include updating project plans, building and updating documentation and presentations for project reporting, and assisting project managers with scrum activities such as sprint grooming and story building.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Position would report to Business Relationship Managers
- Attend project meetings and capture meeting minutes including meeting summary, identified issues, and action items
- Capture and organize project artifacts
- Assist the BRMs with maintaining project plans and other project deliverables
- Document user requirements and create stories for application development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in process
- Understanding of software development processes
- Software development experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly motivated individual with a desire to learn
- Experience with Project Management tools is a plus
