Job Title: -- IT Project Administrator

Job Summary: --The IT Project Administrator provides the Information Technology Department with administrative project support.  This position monitors action items to assure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver high quality results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -- 

• Schedule and facilitate meetings
• Draft meeting minutes
• Plan and organize the documentation of IT projects
• Work across functional groups to monitor and manage risks, action items, and decisions
• Monitor schedules and budgets
• Document and report on requirements, progress, and project results
• General office, field construction, or industrial environment
• Occasional Travel Required (5-10%)

Qualifications: -- 

• 3 years minimum project administration experience required
• B.A. / B.S. or equivalent a plus
• PMP certification a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience operating independently with little day-to-day supervision
• Proven successful experience supporting complex, time critical IT projects
• Good fit with EMCOR’s values of integrity, discipline, transparency, mutual respect, and trust, commitment to safety, and teamwork
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
