Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Qualifications
- Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as ACSM, NASM, ACE, or NSCA
- Experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, and program design
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Someone who is motivated, passionate, and wants to make a living in fitness
- Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- A certification in nutrition is beneficial
- Knowing mobility, corrective exercise, or rehabilitation is a huge plus
- Ability to work with diverse populations and modify exercises to accommodate individual needs and limitations
- Passionate about health and fitness, and committed to continuously learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and research
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Degree in physical education or a related field is desirable but not required
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Ability to design personalized exercise programs for individuals of varying fitness levels
- Proficiency in conducting fitness assessments and consultations
- Strong coaching skills for one-on-one sessions
- Sales skills to promote personal training services and attract new clients
- Understanding of program design principles for optimal results

Pay: $54.00 - $85.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
