Client First Technologies currently is seeking an experienced Program Manager who will lead and work as a part of a team to apply their knowledge to manage a program of multiple logistics / supply chain related projects.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing cost projections, and reporting cost, formulating, and enforcing work standards, assist with integration work groups and activities across the Directorates.
- Review and resolve work discrepancies.
- Direct and monitor lower-level managers, business, and technical staff.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams to achieve program results.
- Facilitate the planning process and development of program plans.
- Perform enterprise-wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Guide planning sessions that result in inputs to the visual plan, the business/programmatic integration forum, and the program management plans.
- Convert concepts into documentation and presentations.
- Support crafting program responses, reviews, technical editing, and coordination of multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Prepare program documentation, templates, and briefings.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders to support decision making.
- Support the development and ongoing sustainment of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
- Train Program Office personnel on the IMS.
- Develop a Requirements Management Plan and schedule.
- Review and Analyze Business Process Mappings (BPR) and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain a requirements tracker.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Masters Degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Relevant certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Certification) preferred
- 10 years program management experience
- Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary business, advanced technology, research, or development programs
- Experience in project management, managing requirements, requirements workflows, and business process narrative development
- Experience in developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Agile methods, including SAFe
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Required Clearances and Screenings: The ability to successfully satisfy a Veterans Affairs Tier 2/Moderate Risk Background Investigation. A current VA background investigation (or equivalent – e.g., DoD Tier 3/Secret) is preferred.
