We are currently seeking a Program Manager-IT Service Delivery to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Background:
The Delivery Directyor for this engagement will be the NTT Data lead on this acccount and will be responsible for all aspects of the engagement. This person should be comfortable managing over 120 FTE's with an annual budget in the $100 million, engaging regularly with staff and sub-contractors, interfacing with client executives, leading the technical direction, and identifying and mitigating any risk. This role will interface with the highest level IT executives in this US Federal Civilian agency, and will be responsible for attaining the success of the engagement both in client satisfaction and meeting or exceeding NTT Data financial goals.
Duties:
- Manages all aspects of high visibility, high value, complex, mission critical/strategic information technology network/applications/systems programs which involve multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, working 24/7.
- Utilizes proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and ensure deployment of resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise and skills across all program operations.
- Oversees program budget, schedules and all aspect of financial management of the program.
- Manages funds, personnel, production standards, and resources (equipment and facilities) and ensures quality and timely delivery of all contractual items. Serves as focal point of contract with client regarding all program activities. Interfaces with agency and contract operations management, stakeholders, OCIO on regular basis.
- Develop an evaluation methodology to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
- Conduct meetings with Government Stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years' experience managing Federal IT programs with at least 120 FTE's.
- 12 years' experience managing a large government data center with security, networking, back-up/recovery responsibilities.
- 5 years' experience managing the transition from On Prem to Cloud/Cloud Hybrid.
- Certified Project Manager (PMP)
- ITIL V4 Certified
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must live a commutable distance to the client site.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience successfully leading development of agile based Devsecops software development
- Experience migrating legacy/other applications to the cloud/cloud hybrid
- Knowledgeable in data center operations/management, disaster recovery
- Experience delivering/managing all facets of agency wide network operations, new and legacy software O&M, cybersecurity, SOC management, Service desk, field services support, unified communications and telecommunications operations, stakeholder management, systems/ networks/applications modernization, cloud utilization, Data Center services
