Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Corporate IT Manager to join our Global HR Technology department. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Learning and HRIT teams, where youll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Leads the team responsible for the development and maintenance of Hyatts MyLearning Saba Cloud environment and partners with the Global Learning Team (GLT) to collaborate and provide consultative guidance for technical design and future state strategy.
Mentors/manages/develops HR Technology application team members
Consultative Partner to Global & Regional Learning Business Team
Manages relationship with Vendor(s) to ensure SLAs are met/exceeded
Partners with internal technology and other Hyatt teams to troubleshoot system errors to ensure the Learning platform is operating at maximum efficiency
Manages quarterly system upgrades (research functionality to recommend best implementation approach)
Prioritizes project requests
Oversees system configuration/table maintenance
Maintain/enhance/audit System Security
Submit monthly budget accruals
Opportunities to participate in Hyatts Diversity & Inclusion activities
Experience Required:
4+ years of progressive HRIT System Admin experience required
3+ years of HRIT LMS system administration experience required
Experience Preferred:
High School diploma or GED required, BA or BS preferred
Experience with Global Cloud systems preferred
SN or other Case Management tool
Project Management and/or experience deploying HR systems
Supervisory experience
